Departmental Technical Coordinators, Relationship Managers, Fiscal Authorized Persons and other approved persons can make service requests such as those listed below on behalf of end users within a department.

    • Purchase new application
    • Request application upgrade
    • Installation or removal of software on computers
    • Font installation request
  • Hardware Related
    • Purchase new computer or printer
    • Purchase accessories or peripherals
    • Move computer or printer
    • Activate or deactivate network connections (PIC)
    • Dispose of hardware
