Customer Relations Enterprise Applications Networks and Security Rosen Center for Advanced Computing Systems and Operations Teaching and Learning Technologies

The Enterprise Applications unit of ITaP provides services and support for the major administrative information systems of the University such as financial management, procurement and spend management, human resources management, student administration and services, sponsored programs and research administration, fund raising and alumni relations, conferences and continuing education, and physical facilities. The organization supplies data services, including operational and regulatory reporting, decision support, and business intelligence. Staff develop, purchase, install, and maintain application software and databases that support the University's core administrative processes and information needs. The area also provides general standards and guidelines for application architecture and consulting for departmental software development, installation, and maintenance.

Enterprise Applications is headed by Jeff Whitten, who is in charge of three major areas:

Application Services Data Administration and Services
Implements and supports all administrative applications Implements and supports data warehouses and data marts, and provides reporting and business intelligence tools.
   
Standards and Integration  
Provides standards and processes for organizational effectiveness, system development and implementation, and project management
