About Our Group

The Informatics Group (formerly known as ISG) was formed in July of 2002 to begin consolidating web efforts at the University. The mission of the Informatics group is to provide full service web and internet solutions for ITaP, but also provide its services to the University community as a whole.

In addition to the web design and development services provided by Informatics, the Media Outreach Group (MOG), a subset of Informatics, provides additional multimedia and hypermedia development services to researchers and faculty. Our goal is to partner in the creation of best-in-class interactive multimedia and hypermedia projects to support learning, discovery and engagement.
