To obtain an operating system account on an ITIS UNIX server, authorization by the account owner's supervisor is required. The prospective account owner must complete an online Account Request Form.
NOTE: If you require an account in an application, please contact the appropriate application administrator.
After verification of the request, ITIS UNIX will create the account and resolve the ticket. If the account owner does not have an existing career account login, ITIS UNIX will also provide an initial password that the account owner should change immediately.
NOTE: Incomplete Account Request Forms will not be processed. If you have questions about the request process, please send them to tickets-itiunix@purdue.edu.
