Mobile Computing Comparison Matrix 

CSDS's goal is to match the customer's mobile device business need with the appropriate purchase.  CSDS developed this Mobile Computing Comparison Matrix as a tool to aid customers and CSDS in choosing the appropriate mobile device to match their business need.

This tool will:

• Help alleviate purchasing a mobile device that does not perform as expected.
• Help set support expectations prior to purchase.

If you are considering purchasing a new mobile device, please ask your Department Technical Coordinator or other Approved Person to submit the request via our Approved Person Request Form to setup a consultation.  As with all new hardware purchases, CSDS will facilitate the procurement process for mobile computing devices. 

This document will continue to be updated and expanded as technology changes and we learn more about the devices that are listed.
