- If your department has a "departmental proxy", please see that individual for password assistance.
OR
- If you know your password on your Purdue Career Account or another "acmaint" machine, you may use the password command on that machine to change your password. Doing this will change your password on every "acmaint" machine where you have an account, including the Mailhub. If you have forgotten your password, you may seek assistance from the administrator of an "acmaint" machine to reset your password. An example would be the ECN site specialists.

- If the first two options are not available to you, it will be necessary for you to "swipe" your Purdue photo ID in the ITaP Customer Service Center located in STEW G68 or in any ITaP PC lab. Information on lab locations and availability can be found at:

One of the accounts identified will provide your Mailhub account password. With the alias and password you are given you will be able to connect to setup your mail account or access your directory information by visiting our web pages at:
http://www.itap.purdue.edu/directory/
If you do not have a Purdue photo ID, you can obtain one by visiting room 130 at the Purdue Memorial Union. Some form of identification will be required, such as your paper staff id as well as some picture identification. If you are a new hire at Purdue University you can bring a letter on departmental letterhead from your department head stating your job title. (Questions concerning staff IDs should be directed to the Card Services Office at 494-8988.)
