List of Abbreviations

The use of abbreviations is not recommended as a standard practice. However, there are situations when abbreviations are appropriate. 

The list of standard abbreviations for use within Information Technology has evolved over time. When additional abbreviations are required, they should be submitted to Data Administration whose responsibility is to add them to the list and notify IT of the change. If you have any questions, additions, or modifications, please contact the Data Administrator.
