Enterprise Applications Steering Committee

"The Enterprise Applications Steering Committee (EASC) meets on a monthly basis to provide guidance and prioritization to ITaP's Enterprise Applications group (ITEA).  The EASC is primarily composed of director level stakeholders from a variety of business units throughout campus who have both direct interests in Enterprise Applications or indirect interests which result from the need to interface or coordinate with ITEA.

The EASC exists primarily to address the problem of resource scarcity within ITEA.  There is far more work for ITEA to perform than can be accommodated with current resource levels.  Thus, the EASC reviews the state of existing systems, running projects, and requests for future modifications and improvements.  By prioritizing the efforts of ITEA, the committee ensures that the maximum possible benefit to the university as a whole is obtained."
