Residence Halls Accounting

The Residences Halls Accounting Systems is an in-house developed mainframe system implemented in 1973. It utilizes the University's financial accounting system (FMIS) to produce financial reports to meet the needs of the Residences Halls Business Office. An on-line system provides the means to create and maintain mapping rules to map FMIS financial data (i.e. fund, center, object) into Residence Halls cost centers.
