Continuing Support Task System
Access database created in-house in the mid 90's. It generates task numbers for each Form 100 submitted by customers. It will maintain a description of the project and resources that are associated with it. There is an interface to an Access 3-month plan system. The task number that is generated is supposed to be entered into Panvalet with each modification or implementation as this is the audit for client approval of the changes.

PAC II
The PAC II system is a time reporting system that can be used to track time spent against tasks by project. It is a purchased package to which we have added some auxiliary functionality. The packaged was purchased in the 1970's and resides in the mainframe environment. The data is manually keyed into the system from forms that are submitted by staff about the way in which their time was spent each week. The system then produces weekly and monthly reports for management. This system may be retired soon.
