Admission System
Admission System is an in-house developed system. This system includes mainframe application (CICS and RPF) and Client/Server application (Unix scripts and ORACLE PL/SQL.) The client/server application is to collect undergraduate applications and application fee through web. The mainframe system supports the collection of admission applications, application process, admission status correspondence, PFAE letter & form print, and advance & transfer credit management. Data are collected through online data entry or uploaded from Undergraduate web application database, Graduate School application upload file, ISSO (International Students & Scholars Office) application upload file and VMCAS (Veterinary Medicine College Application Service) application database.

Bursar
The Bursar system is an in-house developed system. The mainframe system supports assessment of tuition and fees, housing bills, financial aid credits and remits, electronic transfer of funds, and disbursement of access funds. Data is collected through electronic transmissions from banks and service providers, E-commerce, web interfaces through SSINFO, online data entry, and through interfaces with the Housing, Financial Aid, and Registrar systems.

Financial Aid
The Financial Aid System is a combination of a purchased package modified to meet specific University requirements and in-house developed programs. The system supports awarding aid, loan processing, and reconciliation. Data is collected through electronic transmission with the Department of Education and state agencies, web interfaces through SSINFO, and online data entry.

Registrar
The Registrar system is an in-house developed system. The mainframe system supports eligible to registrar information, student registration, wait listing, class schedules, academic history, financial and academic holds, grade processing, program of study, academic monitoring, transfer credit posting, degree posting, transcripts and certification systems, commencement, and the university-wide course repository. Registrar systems also support much university-wide state and federal reporting. Data is collected through online data entry and interfaces with systems such as SSINFO, regional campuses, and Admissions.

Sorority Rush
Sorority Rush is a once a year process to retrieve the grade index of the rushers for Dean of Students Office. Panhellenic download from their databse the list of rushers. ITEA Merges the rushers with the grade file and sends back the rusher list with grade index and exception report.

The Student Information System is an in-house developed system. The mainframe system supports the collection of Student Information. Data is collected through online data entry and interfaces with regional campuses and other internal systems.

Student Information System (SIS)
The Student Information System is a fully integrated application built in-house. The initial module for Student Recruitment was delivered in 1998. Since that time we have added the following modules: SSINFO gives students access to their information / Course Information holds course description, credit information, requisite information / Venue Management maintains University's space inventory.

Student Quick Response
The Student Quick Response system is an in-house developed system. The mainframe system supports Ad Hoc reporting of retention information. Data is collected from student schedules and the Student Information file.
