I currently use LMHOST to connect to exchange. Where can I find an
updated lmhost file?

You will need to add these servers to your existing lmhost files. Do not remove the existing Exchange servers from the lmhost file until after your Outlook profile has repointed you to the new Exchange 2003 server.
