This is likely due to the fact that a digest ID was not present in the reply to PureMessage. Digest IDs should look like [#XXXXXX-X]. Do not edit the digest ID when you request the release of a message.
If you are requesting to release quarantined messages that are more than 10 days old, then it is likely that the entire digest, along with all of the associated messages within this digest, have been deleted.
