Why do I get the error, 'Your session has expired' when I try log into the Webmail e-mail client?

This behavior is the result of your web browser not expunging the expired temporary session cookie. 

To fix this problem, close all instances of your web browser and restart it.  By restarting your browser, you manually purge the "bad' cookie".
