Why does the Webmail e-mail client log me off when I try to interact with my folders?
This typically happens when someone has an extremely large number of mail folders. Generally, we recommend that no more than 130 mail folders be kept.
If you require greater than 130 mail folders, the it is recommended that a dedicated e-mail client be installed on your desktop and used to access your e-mail.
