What do I have to do to use the auto-responder (e.g. vacation)?
The auto-responder enables you to create a simple text message that will automatically respond to incoming e-mail.***Please note***:
- The "service" field of your directory entry must be set to "store" to use Auto-Responder.
- If the “service” field of your directory entry is set to forward mail to the ITaP Exchange Server – DO NOT use Auto-Responder.
- You will need to turn Auto-Responder OFF when you wish to stop sending the automatic reply message.
To activate or deactivate an Auto-Responder (vacation) message:
- Click here
- Login using your Mailhub alias and Mailhub password
- Scroll down to the bottom of your details page
- Click on the "Auto-Responder" button
