How can I stop getting messages that my Mailhub store account available disk space has been exceeded?

For many of the common e-mail clients, check the following:
  • Check for messages that may contain attachments. These can be very large and take up a large amount of space. You can save these attachments to a hard drive or a Zip disk and then remove them from your Mailhub "store" account.
  • Check your e-mail client settings. Make sure that you "purge" or "compress" deleted messages. Each client uses different terminology so, you will have to make sure to use the proper method to completely remove the deleted messages. (Be sure to double check the "Trash" folder, if one exists.)
  • Check if your e-mail client is configured to save a copy of your outgoing messages in a folder "Sent", "Sent items", or some similar name.
  • Check that you have only one login connection to your Mailhub store account. (If you are connected from two machines, close one connection.)
