Why can't I find the message I released?

Released messages can take up to 15 minutes to get to your INBOX.  However, if your local client does spam or junk mail filtering, it may get caught locally.  If you think you are missing a message that you released, please be sure to check your Junk Mail or trash folders.  It is also possible that the released message triggered a rule on your client.  If this is the case, you would have to determine for yourself where themesage may have been re-filed.

If you still need to ask for help finding a released message, please be sure to include the date/time you attempted to release the message and the ID of the message you attempted to release.
