I can't login into Webmail. What do I need to do?

In order to use the Webmail e-mail client to read your e-mail, you must

  • Have your service set to "store".
  • Make sure that your password is correct.

If you are still unable to login, then one of the most common reasons is that your password has not been synchronized with your Career Account password.  Therefore, you need to visit the SecurePurdue web page and click on "Change Your Password". 

 Please note, that password and service changes are NOT instantaneous.  So, please allow a few minutes to permit the change to be distributed to all of the necessary systems.
