I am getting a synchronization error when trying to read my e-mail. What do I need to do?
This type of behavior has been most commonly assicated with Outlook.
According to a number of forums, you may want to alter your "synchronization settings" to make sure that you do not synchronize your folders OR that you only synchronize your INBOX.
In addition, you might want to try completely closing out ofOutlook and re-opening it.
Finally, if you have one more than e-mail client accessing your folders at the same time (like Webmail and Outlook), then you may not experience the expected/ desired behaviors. So, make sure that you only have one e-mail client accessing your e-mail folders at the time which are performing deletions, etc.
