1. Email client configuration for MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Netscape/Mozilla, Apple Mail and Entourage
2. Installation of McAfee Anti-Virus software. *We can not perform file scans
3. Setup of the available Purdue Air Link clients
4. Mapping of home directories
5. Configuration of an ITaP lab printer
6. Citrix ICA client installation *Required to access Software Remote (formerly DACS- Distributed Academic Computing Service)

The Customer Service Center staff does not repair desktop computers, hardware components, or laptops.
