: On November 21st, starting at 4 p.m. all Windows systems may have additional security patches and other updates applied as necessary to complete the patch cycle. Each server may need to be rebooted one or more times to apply all updates. Each reboot will impact the server for up to ten minutes.

Due to the load placed upon our QA systems by payroll runs, we will be running payroll tests for the SAP Upgrade in QA only on Nov. 21-22. No production systems are involved.

Maintain as much production time as possible on the weekend during 8 to 5 to allow the benefits staff time to enter benefit elections.
