Change to Customer Resolution Notification messages from FootPrints. Customer notifications that are sent via the Resolution Escalation will be changed to include the most recent Customer Note.

On Friday December 7th at 3:00 PM CSDS will disable offline files and clear offline files cache for less than 100 special purpose computers.
