Infrastructure Project Management Council Goals

Goals:

To plan for the successful rollout of projects and new services
To communicate and manage project expectations for both ITaP staff and our customers
To agree on project timelines and schedules in a manner that benefits both ITaP and our customers, while avoiding critical processing periods as much as possible.
To ensure all aspects of the project, both technical and non-technical, are considered together while making decisions.
