Inactive ACIDS
Any ACID which is inactive (not signed on to any facility) for 90 days will automatically be SUSPENDed. When this happens, it will be necessary for the user to call the ITaP Customer Service Center at 49-44000, and after proper identification, have the SUSPEND removed before the ACID may be used again.
After 255 days of inactivity, the ACID will be deleted. When this happens, the user will need to go through the process of establishing a new ACID if access is needed. (See USER ACCESS TO ITaP INFROSTRUCTURE SYSTEMS ). The department will have an opportunity to review reports of inactive ACIDS on a regular basis so that all users having inactive ACIDS may be informed.
