If you experience security problems (a forgotten password, an access that doesn’t work, or an unknown Top Secret error code): contact the ITaP Customer Service Center at 49- 44000.

For application problems, contact the ITaP Customer Service Center at 49-44000.

For network problems (the session with the ITaP Infrastructure mainframe locks up or the keyboard isn’t functioning), contact your area’s workstation support group or computer support person.
