Satellite Networks

ITaP's Satellite facility is capable of accessing most satellites located in the United States geostationary arc (72 -131 degrees West Longitude). The KU Uplink facility can transmit program content utilizing full or half transponder, analog video, to the same geostationary arc. The C-Band Downlink facility is capable of receiving most analog and digital in-the-clear programs. All content can be distributed across campus and into a variety of venues.
