Word documents can be navigated via their formatting and styles by using the Insert + Z key sequence to enter the Quick Keys mode. The following keys will allow navigation through the document. Holding down the Shift key while pressing the following keys will move backwards through the document. Quick Keys mode can be shut off by pressing Insert + Z again.

| Navigate by Heading Level This works well if the page is coded to consistantly use headings. Heading 1 information is most general or important. Heading 2 information is more specidfic ore less important etc. Headings are between 1 and 6. |
