Adobe Connect is a web communication system for web conferencing, online meetings and multimedia presentations.
Confluence WIKI
Online enterprise wiki space designed to help teams collaborate seemlessly and effectively.
Course Email Lists
Course Email Lists provide a secure environment for instructors to communicate with students. The Course Email Lists are dynamically updated as enrollment for the course changes.
CoursEval
CoursEval is a web-based software application that allows students to anonymously evaluate courses and instructors online, replacing the traditional paper bubble sheet end-of-semester evaluations.
Course Signals
Web-based tool used to detect early warning signs in student classroom performance, allowing instructors to intervene, alert and direct the student to help.
DoubleTake
Mobile video sharing system designed for students to use with their video-based class assignments. The system allows the easy capture, upload, and share video within minutes using mobile devices.
HotSeat
Engage students in and out of class. Instructors and students can post ideas, questions, vote, and reply in a microdiscussion with their laptops, smart phones, or cell phones.
Kaltura
Kaltura allows users to host and share media, and includes an easy connection to Blackboard. Media uploaded to Kaltura are available to users across multiple platforms, including mobile devices.
Mixable
Create a course stream. Connects students in a course to share thoughts, images, videos, and other files in a Facebook-like environment accessible from mobile devices as well as computers.
Qualtrics
Qualtrics is a web-based survey tool available to use by all Purdue Faculty, Students and Staff to support teaching and research.
SafeAssign
SafeAssign assignment tool is a plagiarism identification and prevention service within the Blackboard course management system.
Streaming Media Server
With 2 GB of server space for each faculty member, the Streaming Media Server hosts instructional media (videos and audio) that can be linked to by other systems, such as Blackboard or course websites.

BoilerCast
BoilerCast is a media recording/delivery platform (powered by the Echo360 system) that allows instructors to capture podcasts and/or vodcasts of their scheduled courses for student viewing.
iClicker
An extremely easy to use tool to motivate students and gather data. Anonymous questions can be used to solicit feedback so that instruction can be tailored to reach course goals and objectives. The software is Blackboard integrated - allowing quiz and test scores to be recorded into the gradebook.
Respondus
Respondus is a tool for creating and managing exams that can be printed to paper or published directly to Purdue's course management system, Blackboard.
Software Remote
Access many of Purdue's licensed software packages remotely from your home or office computer.
StudyMate
The StudyMate authoring tool allows the creation of flash-based activities and games using simple templates.
