ITaP resources provide answers to common IT questions

Information Technology at Purdue (ITaP) provides several resources that help students find answers to their IT questions.

ITaP home page

The ITaP home page offers banner ads for various IT services, the most visited ITaP websites, the top six IT news stories, and a list of the IT departments and upcoming ITaP events. There is also a menu at the top containing links to other websites of interest.

Computing and You - Information for Students

The Information for Students website features a full list of student services offered by ITaP. This list includes services students use each day, and those they might not even realize are available. The website is broken down into three categories: Get Some Help, Solve Problems and Save Money.

Computing and You - Information for Parents

Because students aren't the only ones who might have IT questions, ITaP created the Information for Parents website. Questions about career accounts, computer requirements and purchasing can be found here.

Facebook and Twitter

Newly created, the official ITaP Facebook and Twitter accounts offer the latest student-related news and service alerts. Parents, family members and friends of students are welcome to follow Purdue IT news there.

Additional help

Accessible 24/7, GoldAnswers is a global IT knowledge base that also contains Purdue-specific information.

The ITaP Customer Service Center (CSC) is another resource for ITaP-related questions.
