Cooperative Services Desktop Support (CSDS)

Service Description:

Cooperative Services Desktop Support (CSDS) provides computing services to participating administrative units.  These services include the following: 

  • Purchase, installation, troubleshooting, security access and disposal services for Windows and Macintosh hardware platforms (desktops and laptops) and associated application software.
  • Support for printer purchases, print driver output configurations, and other Purdue owned desktop peripheral devices.
  • Support for handheld mobile devices such as iPhone, Blackberry, and a limited selection of Windows Mobile devices designated for specific department(s) operational purposes.    
Eligibility:

All university departments are eligible for this service.
