AT&T offers a 20 percent discount on standard service plans for cellular phones, smart phones (including Blackberries), and Laptop Connect data plans to Purdue University students and employees on the West Lafayette, Calumet, Fort Wayne, and North Central campuses. Purdue students and employees also have access to the best discounts available on the portfolio of AT&T devices. The discount offer is not available for the original iPhone 2G, but is being extended to service plans for the iPhone 3G and the new iPhone 3G S. Purdue students and employees can register for the discount on iPhone 3G and iPhone 3G S wireless voice and data services when purchasing the device at AT&T retail stores or online at the AT&T Premier Store.

Additionally, Purdue students and employees that are receiving this discount are able to use AT&T’s Business End User Care Support Hotline, reachable at 1-800-331-0500. This customer service line is open 24 hours a day and has shorter hold times than its other customer service hotlines.

Purdue students and employees with existing AT&T accounts are eligible for the Purdue discounts. To determine eligibility, visit the AT&T enrollment page and follow the instructions to attach the discount to your existing account. For FamilyTalk users to add the discount, the Purdue student or employee must be the primary user on the account.
