TDC - Telecommunications Department Coordinator

Telephone Services has an ongoing training program for TDC's. A TDC is the person within a department responsible for primary interaction with Telephone Services - requesting services, coordinating moves, etc. We plan to hold training sessions periodically in order to keep TDC's updated on the most recent developments in Telephone Services, e.g. new telephone models, new features, new forms.

Please notify our Training Coordinator, Sara Best, of any new TDC appointments so we can update our records and contact the new TDC's regarding training possibilities. TDC's may also direct training requests to Sara at 49-61968. She is available to meet with you at any time to explain our services.
