Domestic Toll Free: Establishing new toll-free service can take up to eight (8) business days after receiving your request. Your department can retrieve their detailed billing information via PageCenter from the Telephone Toll bill, which is generated monthly.

International Toll-Free: Service could take up to four weeks to establish after receiving your order. It will be necessary to provide the countries you wish to receive calls from. Your department can retrieve their detailed billing information via PageCenter from the Telephone Toll bill, which is generated monthly.

To request service, use the "Purdue Telephone Service Request" form (for Authorized Users) on our web site or use a Telephone Services Form 77 from your business office. If faxing a request, please fax to 49-49534.
