  1. How to log in to Blackboard Vista
  2. Use your career account login and password. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive -- make sure that your caps lock button is not pressed. All Purdue career account logins are lowercase. If you have questions about your Purdue career account, please contact the ITaP Customer Service Center.

  3. What is the URL for Blackboard Vista?
  4. Use the URL: http://www.itap.purdue.edu/tlt/blackboard

  5. What if I don't see my course?
  6. There can be several reasons why you may not see your course listed in Vista. The primary reason may be due to your course not having a corresponding Vista course. Not all Registrar courses use Vista, so please check with your instructor.

    Did you recently register for the course, or go through the drop/add process? If so, you may not show up in the Vista course roster for a day or two. Check with your instructor.

  7. Where do I go if I have a problem?
  8. If you have problems logging in to Vista, please contact the ITaP Customer Service Center. They can be reached by phone (494-4000) and email (itap@purdue.edu), or you can stop by STEW G-65.
