Corporate Sponsor Registration

Sponsorship registration is now available. Please open the following Adobe Acrobat form in Acrobat Reader (the Macintosh preview does not view active content) and complete the registration. When complete, use the "Submit by Email" button to send the contents of the form to the LabMan 2006 committee or, alternatively, select the "Print Form" option to print out the document and mail it in. "Print Form" can also be used to save a copy for your records. You will be contacted with details on how to submit the sponsorship from Purdue University's Conferences. If you have any issues with the Adobe Acrobat form, you may alternatively download the Excel spreadsheet (containing the same information), complete it and email it to the committee. If you have any other issues or questions, please contact the LabMan 2006 committee at LabMan2006@purdue.edu.

Corporate Sponsorship

The seventh annual Academic Lab Management Conference (LabMan) will be held at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, on June 6 and 7, 2006. Because your company is a leader in the field of instructional computer laboratory technology, we would like to invite you to be a corporate sponsor for this year's LabMan conference.

Now in its 7th year, LabMan continues to be an informal, inexpensive, and friendly conference designed for people associated with the maintenance of computing labs in colleges, universities, K-12 school districts and libraries. The conference attendees are the IT staff who make decisions about technology, methodology, and product directions.

Please plan to attend and showcase how your company's products and services enhance academic computer laboratories. The benefits your company will reap from your sponsorship are listed below.

$1000 (Gold Level) Sponsorship includes:

  • A one-hour presentation to promote your company's products and services by showcasing how they enhance instructional computer laboratories. (NOTE: Limited time slots for presentations are available. First-come, first-served, so please get your sponsorship commitment submitted ASAP.)
  • Exhibitor space. A 6 foot table for display for two days.
  • Recognition on the conference website and printed marketing materials (corporate logo).
  • Corporate logo and company description published in conference proceedings.
  • A promotional item of your choice from your company will be included in conference attendee registration materials (optional).
  • Networking with lab management IT professionals from colleges, universities, K-12 school districts and libraries.
  • Distributing company literature and contact information to conference attendees.
  • The option to offer a raffle item at your company's table in order to gain attention and collect conference attendee contact information.

$500 (Silver Level) Sponsorship includes:

  • Exhibitor space. A 6 foot table for display for two days.
  • Recognition on the conference website and printed marketing materials (corporate logo).
  • Corporate logo and company description published in conference proceedings that attendees will be referring to throughout the conference.
  • Networking with lab management IT professionals from colleges, universities, K-12 school districts and libraries.
  • Distributing company literature and contact information to conference attendees.
  • The option to offer a raffle item at your company's table in order to gain attention and collect conference attendee contact information.

$200 (Bronze Level) Sponsorship includes:

  • Recognition on the conference website and printed marketing materials (corporate logo).
  • Corporate logo and company description published in conference proceedings that attendees will be referring to throughout the conference.

As a sponsor, we would like you to donate a door prize to be given away in an attendee drawing at the end of the conference. Suggested door prizes include flash drives, hardware, peripherals, and software.
