The twelfth annual Teaching and Learning with Technology Conference (TLT) at Purdue University will be held April 21st and 22nd, 2009. This year’s conference theme is “Changing the Learning Landscape.” Because your products and services are regarded as instrumental in such a transition, we invite you to sponsor this year’s TLT Conference.
Please plan to attend and showcase how your company’s products and services facilitate “Changing the Learning Landscape”. Your sponsorship will increase your company’s visibility, product recognition, and prove your commitment to providing innovative solutions for integrating technology into education for enhanced learning. We are offering three levels of corporate sponsorship this year: Platinum ($1200) Gold ($800), Silver ($500). Each offers a corresponding level of visibility and recognition during the conference and on TLT publicity materials.

Platinum Partners:
- All benefits listed for the Gold Partner below.
- One additional six-foot table
- Vendor sponsored co-presentation with faculty sponsor (Vendor should select a faculty spokesperson to discuss how the product was used to enhance teaching and learning).
- Vendor digital arcade eligible (must provide software)
Gold Partners:
- All of the benefits listed for Silver Partner below.
- Refreshment break sponsor
- Recognition on any marketing materials.
- Corporate branded item available at registration
- Stamp card scavenger hunt partner (requires prize value of $50 or more)
Silver Partners:
- Corporate logo on the website
- A six-foot display table in the corporate sponsor exhibition room for two days.
- Networking with top faculty, instructors, and IT professionals from Purdue University as well as other educational institutions, throughout the conference
- Distribution of company literature, contact information and SWAG (corporate logo’ed freebies) to conference attendees.
Your company’s exhibit should address relevant technological issues in higher education and follow the conference theme, “Changing the Learning Landscape.” Your corporate presentation should not be a direct sales presentation, but rather an educational experience that will provide solutions to campus challenges.

Laser |

Each attendee will receive a laser pointer to actively participate in presentations. The keynote will be incorporating exercises throughout her presentation to engage attendees using the laser pointers. Templates will be provided to all presenters who wish to add interactivity into their presentations. |
Bags |

Your logoed bag will be distributed to every conference attendee at the registration table. Vendors are responsible for supplying the bags. |
Lanyards |
$800 |
This is a great way to get your name out to every conference attendee. The TLT Conference Committee will work closely with the vendor on the design of the lanyard. |
Digital Arcade |
$250 |
A digital arcade will be available to all conference attendees as a way to explore new and emerging technologies in a controlled and supported space. Laptops will be available and pre-loaded with vendor software for attendees to investigate. Vendors are responsible for supplying a copy of their software. |
Second Life Billboard |
$50 |
The Purdue Second Life Island will be holding an open house during the conference. Billboards will be available in world for vendor advertising. Vendors must provide graphics. |
