Proposal Submission Instructions

The WIPTE submission process is hosted by a company named Red Whale. Instructions for using Red Whale follow.

Note that the Red Whale submission system uses pop-up windows at various places. If you have trouble with the submission system be sure pop-ups are enabled on your browser, or watch for messages that are asking you to approve the display of pop-ups.)

Specific Steps:

• Prepare your paper or poster submission as a Word or PDF document.
• Go to www.conferencereview.com
• If you need to create an account select “Register”. Otherwise enter your username and password and Login.
• Click on “Upload Submission”
• Select the “WIPTE 2008” Conference and follow the prompts.
