Frequently asked questions
If you have bad prints, due to printer malfunctions, and would like your print quota adjusted, please see the Lab Assistant on duty. The following labs are always staffed during normal business hours. Hours for each lab are posted on the web and on the door outside each lab. Staffed labs are:
  • Beering
  • CIVL 3144
  • HIKS B853
  • MTHWS 116
  • SC G073
  • STEW 102
Your print quota balance is printed on the banner page each time you print a job. For a complete print history, go to your Purdue Career Account Status web page and select "View Your Print History".
