Completion of Data Modeling in Access 2003.
Course Description:
Course includes: -- Setting field properties -- Indexing a field and adding a primary key -- Editing properties and modifying tables -- Formatting data -- Creating relationships and enforcing integrity -- Courses will be offered again in April and June

Microsoft Access 3: Queries in Access 2003
Intended Audience:
Faculty, staff, graduate students
Prerequisite Skills:
Completion of "Microsoft Access 2: Tables"
Course Description:
This course is two parts: Level 1 and Level 2-- Course includes: -- Using simple queries in design view -- Modifying a query -- Sorting a query using multiple fields -- Developing AND and OR operations in queries -- Creating a calculated field -- Designing advance queries and creating action queries -- These Courses will be offered again in April and June.

Microsoft Access 4: Forms in Access 2003
Intended Audience:

Completion of "Microsoft Access 3: Queries"
Course Description:
Course includes: -- Creating basic forms using the form wizard -- Modifying a form -- Working with control properties, form properties, and multiple controls -- Changing a control's data source -- Creating a calculated control -- Creating and modifying a subform -- Course will offered again in April and June.

Prerequisite Skills:
Completion of "Microsoft Access 4: Forms"
Course Description:
Course includes: -- Creating mailing labels with the label wizard -- Creating a report with Autoreport -- Modyfing a report and adding or deleting fields -- Understanding report sections and grouping and sorting records -- Creating calculated controls -- Creating a chart with the Chart Wizard -- Course will be offered again in April/May and June/July.
