Course Description:
Course includes: --Using the calendar, including: Scheduling, working with appointment views and options, recurring appointments, coding and categories --New features for viewing and sharing multiple calendars, setting permissions, working with meetings and groups schedules.

Basic familiarity with computers and mouse usage.
Course Description:
Course includes: -- Menus and navigating panes, views and tool bars -- Practicing basic email features, send, receive, and manage your Inbox -- Review aditional email tools -- Security features and tips -- Drafts, "out of office", signatures and junk mail -- Address book with contacts and distribution lists, view options and actions menu
