ITaP Customer Service Center Representative Job Application


The ITaP Customer Service Center is looking for motivated individuals with strong customer service skills, and a basic understanding of computer technology. Job duties include assisting students, faculty and staff members in the Purdue community with ITaP related issues. We answer questions via phone, e-mail, or in person at our walk-in counter on the second floor of the Wilmeth Active Learning Center (WALC). Questions range from password resets, to e-mail client configuration, to assistance with the OnePurdue Portal.

  • Undergraduate students only
  • Must plan to be enrolled and available to work for at least 3 more semesters
  • Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week (will schedule around your classes)
