SharePoint login fix coming in January

A project ITaP plans in January should relieve a variety of problems Purdue SharePoint users are having with SharePoint.

SharePoint users are experiencing problems such as multiple prompts to sign in, or sometimes even being unable to sign in at all, along with issues accessing their documents and other items and with making use of SharePoint’s full functionality.

ITaP will undertake a process to resolve issues of this sort in January. ITaP will provide schedule details and detailed instructions for what users need to do in early January. There will be multiple notifications before the work is set to begin.
