Want to get the most out of using Microsoft Teams for online meetings, workplace collaboration and team file sharing?

ITaP’s Collaboration team has partnered with Microsoft to provide access to a wide range of live virtual workshops and training covering a variety of topics involving Teams. Purdue users can search for and register for the training by visiting the Microsoft Teams training site

Also available are previously recorded Microsoft workshops held with Purdue faculty and staff, which are designed to help users become familiar with using the Teams.

The Teams 100 workshop, which is available here, provides the basics of Teams, including how to:

  • Navigate Microsoft Teams and get to know key features.

  • Search to easily find messages, people, or files.
  • Understand shared resources available across your teams.
  • Join your first meeting.
  • Set up your interface, profile, and notifications.

Microsoft Teams 200 workshop, available by clicking here, is designed for advanced users and includes information on creating teams and channels as well as how to create meetings and sync meetings to your calendar.
