Team Dynamix to replace FootPrints ticketing on July 12

The new TeamDynamix (TDX) portal is scheduled to go live on July 12, replacing the Central Incident workspace in FootPrints and uniting all Purdue IT areas with a common service management platform.

All technicians with current access to FootPrints or ServiceNow should become familiar with the new platform prior to the go-live date, to help continue a high-level of customer service to our users.

Available resources, include:

  •  Visit the TDX sandbox environment (service.purdue.edu/sandbox) and log in. This non-production site will allow you to follow along with the training video linked below and to navigate the features available to you. If you are unable to log in, please send an email to itservicemanagement@purdue.edu with the words “TDX agent request” in the subject.

As the go-live date draws near, questions about or issues with the new TDX portal should be sent to itservicemanagement@purdue.edu

After the July 12 launch, tickets remaining in FootPrints will have two weeks to either be resolved or recreated in TDX. Additional information about that process will be provided closer to the launch date.
