BMC Client Management

BMC Client Management (formerly FootPrints Asset Core) is the lifecycle management system integrated with BMC FootPrints. It is used by many of the IT organizations on the West Lafayette campus.

BMC Footprints

BMC FootPrints is the main ITaP incident and request logging service and is also used by several other departments across the West Lafayette campus, including IT in the Colleges of Agriculture, Liberal Arts, Health & Human Sciences, Krannert, Veterinary Medicine, as well as Libraries IT, Technical Assistance Program (TAP), Business Services, and Student Affairs.

Cooperative Services Desktop Support (CSDS)

This service offers desktop-computing solutions such as purchasing, installation and troubleshooting for participating academic and administrative units.

Customer Service Center (CSC)

ITaP's Customer Service Center (CSC) is the central service desk for requesting IT-related assistance or information.

ITaP Shopping

ITaP Shopping offers Purdue-negotiated pricing on computer hardware, software, mobility service plans and personal credit management products to qualified faculty, staff, students and, in some cases, alumni.

Tips and tutorials are available from this global knowledge base with Purdue-specific information. Search for solutions to resolve computing issues, read FAQs, find outage information and more.
