The Departmental Computing Liaison (DCL), also known as Technical Coordinator, is a designated liaison between a department and is the primary communicator of CSDS policies and procedures.
The Technical Coordinator has permission to submit requests (log in to FootPrints using DCL agent account) on behalf of the department.
