One data PIC per device is required for CSDS customers. When there are not enough PICs in a room to meet a need, the customer will need to contact their Business office. The Business Office will initiate getting an estimate from IT Infrastructure Services for additional PICs in the room. The department will then process an RFS for Physical Facilities to proceed with the additional PIC request. In limited cases, CSDS may install a switch to facilitate hooking up an occasional use laptop to the network or as a short term solution.
