ITaP status page offers information about service disruptions and scheduled maintenance

Not sure if there is a problem with your computer or if there is a widespread network or software issue occurring?

ITaP’s "service status" page provides up-to-date information related to service disruptions, scheduled maintenance, and other issues affecting IT-related service offerings for the West Lafayette and regional campuses.

Users can visit itap.purdue.edu/status to see if campus networks and popular solutions like Brightspace, Office 365, Zoom, and many others are working properly or are otherwise impaired. When a disruption occurs, the page will display timely outage-related information. A link on the page also allows users to see historical data for each service listed, providing a 24-hour view.

This page is part of ITaP’s efforts to provide faculty, staff and students with the most up-to-date and accurate information about systems on campus. The ITaP webpage has also been redesigned to make it easier to find available tools and services, as well as self-help information to troubleshoot problems.
