A guest account request is only necessary for those guests who will need access to Purdue resources. If you're unsure your guest will need to access Purdue resources, please contact the Purdue IT Service Desk at 765-494-4000 or via email.

Please follow the steps below to complete an access request for multiple guests.

1. Download our guest information spreadsheet (Excel).
2. Add guest information to the spreadsheet, making sure to include full name and address information. Please do not change the columns or format of the spreadsheet.
3. Return to this page.
4. Upload the completed Excel spreadsheet.
5. Complete the form below.
